As you walk into Bison & Bourbon you first come across a Mediterranean style courtyard filled with trees and twinkling lights that carry on into the outdoor eating patio. This former 1920s warehouse is now the largest Kosher restaurant in Brooklyn. The open brick walls give it a feeling of being contemporary and current. Bourbon and Bison serve a variety of meats, bourbons, and hand-crafted cocktails & wine.
