Ottimo opened in 2011, by Akiva Reiner. His vision was to open an upmarket Italian style dairy cafe in the community of Lakewood, New Jersey. Ottimo's decoration is sophisticated and very unique, It has black and white walls and stylish lighting. The menu is overseen by an Executive Chef de Cuisine. Ottimo also has a private room that can be hired for events and private parties.
