The Eucalyptus can be found in the Artist Quarter in Jerusalem, very close to the commanding walls of old Jerusalem. The Eucalyptus is Owned by Chef Moshe Basson who has a passion for ancient biblical culture and the menu at the Eucalyptus is his modern take on ancient biblical cuisine. The Eucalyptus is set in an old building made of stone and it has a large balcony, from where you can experience the magnificent sunset as it strikes the walls of the old city each night.
